We have 3 to 5 business days to ship our products. Our team strives to ship your purchases within 24 hours or the next business day. If the purchase is made on a Saturday after 11 a.m., we will most likely ship the product on Monday.

Our products are usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours. The delivery timeframe is 10 to 20 business days.
Return Policy
If you still need to return a product, here are the details:

You may return items within 7 days from the date of purchase.

You are responsible for return shipping fees.

A $3 processing fee will be deducted from your order.

Please complete the return tracking form below to ensure the return. We require the tracking number to process the return.

Products must be in new and unused condition.

Products with custom logos cannot be returned.
You will receive a full refund of the product price, excluding shipping costs. Refunds will be applied to the card you used to make the original purchase. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days after the product has been received.
Any shipping issues — for example, missing or incorrect items — must be reported within 72 hours after receiving your order.
